Subodh brings over 25 years of experience in distributed computing, blockchain architecture, and large-scale AI-driven infrastructure. Most recently, he spearheaded critical projects at Amazon, delivering secure, high-performance compute systems powering global-scale applications.
At Cintara, Subodh will oversee all technical architecture and implementation, including the Agentic OS execution layer, decentralized compute marketplace, and validator network. His focus will be on ensuring the network is secure, scalable, and optimized for the unique demands of intelligent agents operating fully on-chain.

Rohit Kumar Joins Cintara as Head of AI & Research

Cintara is proud to announce that Rohit Kumar has joined as Head of AI & Research to lead protocol-level intelligence and agent coordination for Cintara’s operating system.
Rohit holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Carnegie Mellon University and brings more than two decades of experience in AI research and product development, including service as Chief AI Officer at MajorBoost. His work spans adaptive learning systems, privacy-aware model design, and real-time decisioning at scale.
At Cintara, Rohit will guide AI integration across the stack, including the development of Adaptive Proof-of-Intelligence (APoI), the on-chain agent registry, and secure messaging for autonomous agents. His mandate is to ensure Cintara’s AI capabilities are both verifiable and production-ready.
